I always love flying over Ireland; it looks like nowhere else. An unbroken string of irregularly shaped farms and beyond-green land. The vibrant, Middle Earth vibes put my soul at ease and a smile on my face. Ceann Sibeal (also known as Dingle), Ireland’s westernmost course, has those vibes in spades. This is course that’s barely etched across its rugged Irish land. It’s a traditional, unpretentious and friendly place off itineraries of most golfers (for a reason – it’s pretty remote). The views are stunning, a veritable idealized Irish landscape. If you want an authentic, affordable, low-key links that puts your soul at ease and a smile on your face, put Ceann Sibeal on your list.
